About this seal
Czech law does not require a company stamp; a document is binding through the signature of the statutory body. Even so, “razítko a podpis” is still commonly requested on invoices, delivery notes, handover protocols and forms. A razítko firmy typically shows the company name and legal form, the registered address, the IČO (identification number) and the DIČ (tax ID, CZ followed by digits), sometimes with a phone number or website.
