Merge, Split, Rotate & Reorder PDF Pages
Combine several PDFs into one, turn images into pages, pull pages out into separate files, add page numbers, rotate or reorder anything, then download as PDF or images. Everything is processed locally in your browser — files are never uploaded.
What these tools do
Contract and engineering documents rarely arrive in the right shape. You get three scans that belong in one file, a 60-page tender where the counterparty only needs pages 12–14, or a batch of sideways photographs of a signed page. These tools handle that reshaping step — merge, split, rotate, reorder, delete — before you stamp or sign anything.
Common uses
Steps
- 1
Add your files
Choose one PDF to reorganise, or several to merge. Pages appear as thumbnails in the order they will be exported.
- 2
Arrange the pages
Drag thumbnails to reorder, click to select, then rotate or delete in bulk. Rotation is shown on the thumbnail.
- 3
Download
Export everything as one combined PDF, or split the selection into separate files delivered as a .zip.
FAQ
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The PDFs are read and rebuilt in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing leaves your device, which is why the tool also works offline once the page has loaded.
Is there a page or file limit?
Each file must be under 50MB. There is no fixed page limit, but very large documents take longer to render thumbnails because that work happens on your own machine.
Does rotating a page re-encode it?
No. Rotation sets the page's rotation property, so the original content is copied across untouched and no quality is lost.
Can I add a seal or signature here?
Not on this page — use the PDF stamp tool for that. A common workflow is to merge or split here first, then stamp the result.
Why does the free download have a watermark?
Free exports carry a light watermark across each page. A Pro subscription removes it; the page arrangement itself is identical either way.
This tool changes how pages are arranged in a file. It does not add legal validity, certify a document, or create a qualified electronic signature. Check your own jurisdiction's requirements for anything contractual.
