Stamping a Word file in the browser
A company seal on a contract is usually a floating picture on the signature page — in front of the text, sized in millimetres, not a paragraph that shoves the wording aside. This tool inserts that picture into your existing .docx on any page you choose, using the page size and layout already stored in the file.

Does this tool upload my Word file?
No. Parsing, image insertion and export all happen locally in your browser — the document is never sent to a server.
Which page does the seal go on?
The MVP places floating pictures on the last page of the document (the usual signature / seal page). Multi-page click-to-stamp like the PDF tool needs a full Word layout engine and is not in this first version.
Will the seal sit on top of the text?
Yes. It is inserted as a floating picture with no text wrapping, equivalent to Word’s “in front of text”, at the physical size you chose.
What's the difference between watermarked and watermark-free export?
Watermarked export is free and overlays a light site watermark on the last page. Upgrade to Pro to export without that mark.
Does this stamp have legal effect?
This tool is for layout, proofs and lawful personal use. A seal image does not replace a compliant electronic signature or your organisation’s official stamping process.
