How much can I do on the free plan?
Every seal shape, style and customization is free: live preview, copy to clipboard, share links, and 1× PNG / JPG downloads with a light watermark. Single-image stamp digitizing is free and signature PNGs carry a light watermark; Pro removes it and unlocks SVG export for signatures and digitized stamps plus batch digitizing. You also get 1 free AI generation a day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel yourself from Manage subscription. You won't be charged again, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then you're back on the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are final and non-refundable (see the Terms of Service). Try the free plan first, then pick the monthly, quarterly or yearly plan that fits.
There's no account — how do I use Pro on another device?
No sign-up needed. Pro is tied to the email you used at checkout: on any device, click "Already purchased? Restore Pro", enter that email and the verification code we send you.
Are my files and seals uploaded?
No. Seal rendering, PDF and Word stamping and the PDF tools all run in your browser. Only AI generation sends your text description to our server to build the design; payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card number.
How soon does Pro activate?
Immediately after checkout — the page unlocks Pro automatically, and you get a confirmation email with your active-until date, renewal date and a link to manage the subscription.
