In Turkey “kaşe ve imza” — stamp and signature — is one of the most common requests on commercial paperwork: invoices, dispatch notes (irsaliye), contracts, offers and bank forms. A firma kaşesi is usually rectangular and shows the ticari unvan with its legal form, the full address with mahalle, district and province, and the vergi dairesi together with the vergi numarası; many companies add the MERSİS or trade registry number and a phone line.
