About this seal

A carimbo CNPJ identifies a Brazilian company on paper. It is not generally required by law, but it is widely requested on receipts, declarations, delivery confirmations and forms, so most businesses keep one. The traditional layout leads with the CNPJ in the format 00.000.000/0001-00, then the razão social, the address, the CEP and the city – state; some add the state registration (Inscrição Estadual).

Common uses

  • Receipts (recibos) and delivery confirmations
  • Declarations and statements issued by the company
  • Forms and documents for banks and suppliers
  • Stamping documents sent as PDF

Legal & usage

Stamps render in your browser for design and demonstration. Only show a CNPJ and company details that belong to a business you represent — a stamp does not replace an authorised signature.
