Add a Watermark to a PDF
Mark a PDF as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or with your company name. Tile the text across each page or place it once, adjust opacity, angle, size and colour, and watch the preview update before you download.
Steps

Add the PDF — the watermark panel is already switched on.

Type the watermark text and choose tiled or single placement.

Adjust opacity (1–100%), rotation, size and colour against the live preview, then download.
FAQ
Can the watermark be removed later?
It is drawn onto each page as text, so it cannot be toggled off like a comment. Keep your original file if you may need a clean copy.
Tiled or single — which should I use?
Tiled repeats the text diagonally across the page and is harder to crop out; single places one mark at a chosen position and stays out of the way of the content.
