About this seal

A QC inspection stamp records that an item or batch has been checked and passed quality control. Manufacturing and warehousing teams press it onto inspection tags, travelers and reports — usually a green round stamp reading PASSED or INSPECTED, often with an inspector number or date. It gives a fast, visible signal that a unit cleared its check.

Common uses

  • Marking inspected parts and assemblies
  • Batch and lot acceptance on travelers
  • Inspection reports and QC tags
  • Incoming-goods and warehouse checks

  1. Open the template — the round QC-stamp layout is pre-applied.
  2. Keep QUALITY CONTROL on the top arc or set your team name.
  3. Edit the PASSED center text (or use INSPECTED / ACCEPTED).
  4. Set the bottom label and an inspector number if needed.
  5. Export a transparent PNG or SVG.
